you may download and share the supplied web copy for personal, non-commercial use, including your own personal social posts and non-commercial personal blog. this permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the photograph.
the credit.
place this credit visibly beside the image or in the post caption. link to the source photo where the platform permits.
with a link to the source photograph.
the download panel provides a copyable credit with that photograph’s own link. creator and copyright details are included in downloaded jpeg metadata, but visible credit is still needed because platforms can strip metadata.
keep the photograph honest.
ordinary resizing and proportionate cropping are permitted. other edits need permission. do not remove visible credit, imply endorsement, sell the image, sublicense it, or redistribute it as stock or as part of a download collection.
commercial use.
business, advertising, product, paid publication and other commercial uses need a separate written licence. ask first, with the photo reference, intended use, size, duration and where it will appear. full-resolution files are available by enquiry.
